Well, it's the end of a year, and the beginning of a new one.  It is also the beginning of a new adventure for me.  Blogging.  I am not sure where I am going to go with this.....time will tell. 
The snow here is heavy on the ground, and the trees in the orchard are standing like soldiers on a white field.
The recent wind did not do much damage here.  Others were not so fortunate.
Sadie is my Japanese Spaniel.  She is definitely not a lover of winter.  Going out is a necessity, not a fun thing.  Note from Sadie....Do not go under cars that have had a fresh undercoating...it might necessitate a bath.  Brrrr.
And so, we have started.  We'll see what tomorrow will bring.
I have a few more things to figure out.
